Delivery Policy

iSoft products are delivered digitally — nothing is shipped. This page explains what "delivery" means for cloud software, and how long each step takes.

1. Digital delivery only

No physical goods are shipped. There is no courier, no delivery charge and no delivery address. Our software runs entirely from our cloud servers, so "delivery" means your account is activated and you can log in and use it from any device with an internet connection.

For a small shop or a single chamber, all of this is often completed in one day. Larger organisations with several branches or many modules sit at the longer end of the range.

3. What affects the timescale

  • How many modules you have taken, and how many branches and users.
  • How complex your setup is — pricing rules, VAT settings, print formats.
  • How clean your data file is. A tidy Excel sheet imports quickly; a disorganised one takes longer to reconcile.
  • Your staff's availability for training and for confirming the configuration.

4. Data import — what we can and cannot take

We can import from a digital file: an Excel sheet, or an export from software you used previously — customer and supplier lists, product lists, and current outstanding balances.

We cannot type in data from paper. Handwritten ledgers and registers are not imported by us, and no manual data entry is included in any package. Those opening figures are entered by your own staff — or, if you prefer, put them into an Excel sheet first and we will import from there. We show your team how to do this efficiently during training.

5. What is not included in delivery

  • Hardware. Computers, printers, barcode scanners, POS printers and cash drawers are not supplied by us. Standard devices from the market work with our software and we will gladly advise on what to buy.
  • Internet connection at your premises.
  • Third-party licences such as the operating system on your own computers.

6. If delivery is delayed

If we cannot meet the timescale above, we tell you the reason and the revised date — we do not leave you waiting without an explanation. Where a delay is caused by us, your monthly billing does not begin until the software is live and usable.

7. After go-live

Delivery is not the end of the relationship. Your monthly subscription includes the cloud server, daily backup, security, 24/7 support, and regular updates and new features delivered automatically — there is nothing for you to install or upgrade.
